At PetIQ, I led the redesign of the Capstar → Nexstar platform—a digital transition designed to simplify user navigation, enhance product presentation, and support customer trust. My role included UX strategy, UI design, and interactive prototyping to ensure a seamless experience for pet parents in regulatory-heavy environments.
