I had an amazing time designing my son Colton’s 7th Birthday Card/Invitation. He came to me one night and said “can I have a Snoopy Starwars card?” After some arm twisting and a huge smile, I said “yes!”
I decided to stay similar to the old Peanuts comic the strip and have the whole scene take place in Snoopy’s day dream. I placed the Death Star with Snoopy sitting on top, like he would sit in the old plane.
His reaction was priceless! I showed him the sketch and he giggled. When I showed him the final, I didn’t think the smile would ever leave his face!
