We weren’t recreating the movie. We built our own version of a Hawaiian setting that had the Lilo & Stitch attitude and energy but stayed true to our brand.
The shoot took place entirely in the studio, which gave us full control of the scene. We brought in sand, palm plants, surf props, and lighting that shifted from warm daylight to soft sunset. The setup felt natural, not staged. The focus stayed on the product and how it moved under the light. Every shot was planned to show the color, fabric, and fit, while keeping that easy summer feel.
Video
We edited short 9x16 and 1x1 cuts from the shoot to run across social and paid placements. The edits stayed quick and rhythmic, matching the upbeat tone of the film while keeping focus on fabric and fit.
Email
We started with a teaser featuring the line “Hawaiian hijinks are landing on your shores.” The launch email followed 24 hours later with animated shirt reveals, product callouts, and lifestyle photos. Both versions leaned on clean layouts and natural color to let the product lead.
Social
Posts rolled out across Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. We used short clips and stills from the shoot, keeping tone and color aligned with the campaign photography. Lifestyle shots emphasized movement and fabric detail, while close-up images showed the print work and construction.
Paid Media
The paid campaign focused on quick visual impact. Ads showcased the key patterns with zoomed-in animations and simple taglines. Each piece was built for mobile-first formats across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok, carrying the same look and tone as the organic content.
Web
The homepage hero carried over the studio aesthetic with a bold header image and clean navigation into the full collection. The product grid featured the hero styles side by side, creating an easy shopping experience that mirrored the campaign’s color and layout system.
